1. General Agreement

Fourth Fold reserves the right to update or modify these terms anytime without prior notice.
Continued use of the website means acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility to Use

Users must be 18 years or older to make purchases.
Orders placed by minors must be under guardian supervision.
You confirm all details submitted (size, address, contact, etc.) are correct.

3. Product Information & Expectations

Product colors, textures, and fit may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, and screen resolution differences.
Size guidance is provided on the website, but final size selection responsibility lies with the customer.
Minor thread pulls, slight shade differences, or fabric feel expectations are not considered defects.

4. Pricing & Order Accuracy

Prices are displayed in INR (₹) and may change without notice.
If a pricing error is detected, Fourth Fold can revise or cancel the order even after purchase.
Offers and discount codes cannot be applied after order confirmation.

5. Order Confirmation & Payment

We do not store card details. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.
Order is confirmed only after payment success and system notification.
Fourth Fold can cancel any order suspected of fraud or bulk misuse.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or regional conditions.
Fourth Fold is not liable for delays by logistics partners.
If delivery fails due to wrong address, unavailable receiver, or rejected acceptance, return charges may apply.

7. Return & Refund Protection Clauses

To avoid misuse and unnecessary returns, Fourth Fold will reject returns if:
The product was ordered for trial purposes only (wardrobe testing, photoshoots, social media content, short-term use, etc.)
The product shows signs of:
Perfume, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, stains, dust, outdoor use
Washed, ironed, stretched, altered, or worn condition
Missing tags, damaged labels, or repacked carelessly

The product is returned because of:
Change of mind
Better price found elsewhere
No longer needed
Event/occasion over
Wardrobe selection rejection
Return request is raised after the allowed timeline
Return is initiated without proper unboxing video proof (for damage/defect claims)
The unboxing video is:
Cut, edited, unclear, delayed, or does not show original packaging condition
Damage claims are made without video evidence or found inconsistent after inspection
The return reason is subjective preference, not actual defect
Customer Acknowledgment
By placing an order, the customer agrees that:
They have checked size and product details before purchase
They understand Fourth Fold does not support wardrobe-trial return behavior
They accept a fair inspection process before refunds/exchanges

8. Exchange Rules 

Only one exchange per order is allowed.
Exchanges are subject to availability.
Exchanges for fit issues will only be accepted if the size chart was followed and the product is unused.
If exchanged size also does not fit, return/refund may not be allowed, only store credit may be offered at the brand’s discretion.

9. Return Shipping Charges

Return pickup fees may apply if:
Return reason is not a verified defect
Delivery was successful but the user wants return for non-valid reasons
Customer failed to receive the order despite courier attempts

10. Store Credit Option

For borderline fit concerns or repeat size uncertainty, Fourth Fold may offer store credit instead of refund, to reduce environmental and logistics impact.

11. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

12. Prohibited User Actions

Users must not:
Misuse the website or engage in fraud

Abuse return/refund systems
We may permanently block accounts found violating these rules.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

Fourth Fold is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
