1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.
International shipping may be introduced in the future and will be updated on this page when available.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
In case of high order volume, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take slightly longer.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Delivery time varies based on customer location:

4. Shipping Charges

5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
Tracking updates are managed by courier partners and may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch.

Fourth Fold is not responsible for:

✖ Loss after successful delivery confirmation
✖ Damage caused during customer handling after delivery
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, you must report within 48 hours of delivery attempt/status update.
For damage claims, an unboxing video is mandatory, as mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Order Tracking Issues
If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received the order, contact us within 48 hours so we can raise a dispute with the courier partner.
Courier investigation may take 7–14 business days.
10. Delivery Attempt Policy
Courier partners may attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If the order remains undelivered after attempts, it may be returned to origin.
In such cases:
Refunds are not guaranteed
Store credit may be offered after deduction of shipping charges (at brand’s discretion)
